Jubilant Organosys buys back FCCBs worth US$ 11,100,000 at discount

Jubilant Organosys Ltd has announced that the Company has bought back part of the Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds due 2011, amounting to US $ 11,100,000 at a discount, in compliance with RBI regulations and the same have been cancelled on February 05, 2009.

The stock was trading at Rs.131, up by Rs.13.95 or 11.92%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.133 and low of Rs.117.10.

The total traded quantity was 6625 compared to 2 week average of 31107.
