Kohinoor Foods to consider allotment of shares on Feb 10, 2009

Kohinoor Foods Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 10, 2009, inter alia, to consider the allotment of Equity Shares upon conversion of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs).

The Board will also consider allotment of Equity Shares to Promoter Group on Conversion of Warrant.

The stock closed the day at Rs.89.75, up by Rs.0.25 or 0.28%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.90.45 and low of Rs.88.05.
