Suryajyoti Spinning to issue 1300000 shares

Suryajyoti Spinning Mills Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 31, 2009, inter alia, have considered and approved the issue of upto 13,00,000 equity shares to the Promoters of the Company on preferential basis, subject to the necessary approvals.
