Natural Capsules 480000 warrants lapse

Natural Capsules Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 30, 2009, inter alia, have taken on record the intimation of promoter Directors to not exercise their option to convert 4,80,000 Share Warrants of Rs 30/- each allotted to them on March 15, 2008.
