Mahalaxmi Rubtech allots 3646400 shares

Mahalaxmi Rubtech Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 30, 2009, inter alia, has allotted / issued 36,46,400 Equity Shares of the Company, of Rs 10/- each as fully paid up to the shareholders of Mahalaxmi Fabric Mills Pvt Ltd (MFM) - transferor Company, as per the scheme of Amalgamation of MFM with the Company.

The Board has discussed the business activities of the Company.
