Neha International forfeits 750000 warrants

Neha International Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 30, 2009, inter alia, have considered the request made by M/s Consolidated Securities Ltd and forfeited 7,50,000 convertible share warrants of Rs 42/- each allotted to them.

The stock closed the day at Rs.11.60, down by Rs.1.35 or 10.42%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.12.90 and low of Rs.11.60.

The total traded quantity was 10930 compared to 2 week average of 24327.
