Bhagyanagar India to issue shares on preferential basis to Bennett Coleman & Co

Bhagyanagar India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 18, 2006, inter alia, to consider the issue of equity shares on preferential basis to M/s Bennett Coleman & Co., Ltd Mumbai at Rs 40/- per share (i.e. Equity Shares of face value of Rs 2/- each at a premium of Rs 38/-).
