Bhagyanagar India approves buyback of FCCBs

Bhagyanagar India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 29, 2009, inter alia, has approved the buyback / prepayment of USD 15 million Unsecured Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCB) listed on Luxembourg Stock Exchange in accordance with A.P. (DIR Series) Circular No. 39 dated December 08, 2008 issued by the Reserve Bank of India.
