Radico Khaitan repurchases US$ 10 million worth FCCBs at discount

Radico Khaitan Ltd has announced that the Company has repurchased Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs), each of US$ 10,000, aggregating of US$ 10 millions face value, at a discount. The process has been initiated for extinguishment of the same in the records of trustee of the said bonds.

The stock closed the day at Rs.71.15, down by Rs.0.30 or 0.42%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.72.30 and low of Rs.70.30.

The total traded quantity was 74074 compared to 2 week average of 186181.
