Camson Bio Technologies allots 39 lakh shares

Camson Bio Technologies Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 24, 2009, inter alia, has allotted 39 lakhs Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 10/- per Share upon exercise of right of conversion of Warrants by the Warrantholders.

The stock was trading at Rs.22, down by Rs.0.80 or 3.51%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.23 and low of Rs.22.

The total traded quantity was 4322 compared to 2 week average of 5648.
