Mahindra & Mahindra repurchases 40 FCCBs

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd has announced that the Company has repurchased 40 FCCBs each of US$ 1,00,000 aggregating US$4,000,000 at a discount. The Bank of New York Mellon, Registrars for the FCCBs have been informed to cancel the FCCBs repurchased.

The stock closed on Friday at Rs.264.70, down by Rs.22.80 or 7.93%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.287 and low of Rs.258.80.

The total traded quantity was 155382 compared to 2 week average of 137386.
