JIK Industries to consider allotment of shares on Jan 28, 2009

JIK Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 28, 2009, inter-alia, to consider allotment of equity shares to Willing Creditors as per Hon'ble BIFR Order.

The stock closed on Friday at Rs.9.58, down by Rs.0.69 or 6.72%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.10.25 and low of Rs.9.01.
