Geojit Financial allots 13910514 Shares upon conversion of Warrants by BNP Paribas

Geojit Financial Services Ltd has announced that the Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on January 23, 2009, has allotted 1,39,10,514 (One Crore Thirty Nine Lakh Ten Thousand Five Hundred and Fourteen Only) Equity Shares of Re 1 each to BNP Paribas S.A. upon conversion of equal number of Warrants which was issued on preferential basis on March 13, 2007 at a price of Rs 26 per Warrant.

The stock was trading at Rs.23.15, down by Rs.0.05 or 0.22%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.23.30 and low of Rs.23.15.
