Ashok Alco Chem to consider allotment of shares to SICOM ARC on Jan 29, 2009

Ashok Alco Chem Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 29, 2009, inter alia, to consider, issue and allotment of Equity Shares on Preferential basis to M/s. SICOM ARC Ltd in compliance of term of One Time Settlement (OTS) entered into with SICOM Ltd. and Unaudited Quarterly Financial Results for the period ended December 31, 2008.
