Granules India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 09, 2006, has considered and approved, subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company, Issue of Convertible Securities / GDRs / ADRs / FCCBs for raising of funds to the tune of USD 20 million.
