Moser Baer India Ltd has now announced with reference to the earlier announcement dated January 10, 2009, in relation to its repurchase of FCCBs, that the below sets out the details of the FCCBs cancelled following this repurchase.

Tranche B
- Trading Day: January 09, 2009
- Number of Convertible Bonds repurchased: 40
- Repurchase Price (USD): 24,443.8
- Total Amount Paid (USD) : 977,752

The stock closed the day at Rs.70.15, up by Rs.4.10 or 6.21%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.71 and low of Rs.66.75.
