Reliable Ventures EGM approves allotment of 969000 shares

Reliable Ventures India Ltd has announced that the shareholders of the Company in Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on January 09, 2009, have approved and authorized the Board to reissue and allot 969000 (nine lacs and sixty nine thousand) forfeited equity shares of the Company of Rs 10/- (Rupees Ten) each to promoters and persons in concert on preferential basis at Rs 20/- (Rupees twenty) per share, including a premium of Rs 10/- (Rupees ten) each.
