Passari Cellulose EGM approves preferential issue of 25 lakh shares

Passari Cellulose Ltd has announced that the shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on January 14, 2009, have passed the resolution for Preferential issue of 25,00,000 equity share of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 5/- per share.
