Marsons to allot 4432100 shares

Marsons Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 12, 2009, inter alia, has decided to issue 44,32,100 equity shares of Rs 2/- each at an exercise price of Rs 3.20 each (Rupees Three and paise Twenty only) to Mrs. Charu Kotia, Executive Director and one of the Promoters of the Company on Preferential Basis.

The relevant date was taken as January 10, 2009.

The Board has decided to convene and conduct an extra-ordinary general meeting of the members of the Company on February 09, 2009, to obtain the shareholders of the Company in this regard.
