Ashok Organic Industries to consider issue of shares to Dena Bank

Ashok Organic Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 12, 2009, inter alia, to consider issue of Equity Shares to M/s. Dena Bank as a part of Compromise Settlement entered into with Dena Bank, as per their letter dated January 05, 2009.
