Freshtrop Fruits Ltd now announced with reference to the earlier announcement dated January 07, 2009, regarding Board Meeting on January 11, 2009, that in the said announcement, "issue of preferential equity shares to promoters" should read as "issue of convertible warrant on preferential basis to the promoters".
