Crazy Infotech to allot shares on preferential basis

Crazy Infotech Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 12, 2009, inter alia, to finalise and allot equity shares on Preferential basis (on acquisition of entire stakes of M/s. Animantz Creative Animators P Ltd) to the existing shareholders of M/s. Animantz Creative Animators P Ltd.
