Aadi Industries allots 4993400 shares

Aadi Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 05, 2009, has allotted 49,93,400 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each for cash at par on preferential issue basis in accordance with the resolution passed by the its members at the Annual General Meeting held on September 27, 2008.
