Ram Kaashyap allots 390000 shares

Ram Kaashyap Investment Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 31, 2008, inter alia, has allotted, 3,90,000 equity shares of the face value of Rs 10/- each at price of Rs 10/- each based on the letter of consent, application for allotment and subscription money received from the allottees.

M/s. Eyelight Events and Promotions (India) Ltd was allotted 1,10,000 equity shares and Mr. P Thirumalai Kumar was allotted 2,80,000 equity shares.
