Lactose India allots 985000 Convertible Warrants

Lactose India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 06, 2009, has allotted 9,85,000 Convertible warrants.

Sangita Maheshwari was allotted 4,92,500 Convertible Warrants and Madhusha Projects Pvt. Ltd was allotted 4,92,500 Convertible Warrants.

Further the Company has informed that, it has received application money being 10% of the total amount due on allotment of the Convertible warrants.
