IOL Netcom to allot FCDs worth Rs 7.50 Crores to HT Media Ltd

IOL Netcom Ltd has announced that pursuant to the Special resolution under section 81(1A) passed through Postal Ballot on December 16, 2008, the Executive Committee of the Board at its meeting held on January 03, 2009, has decided to issue Fully Convertible Debenture (FCD) to HT Media Ltd aggregating to Rs 7,50,00,000/- (Rupees Seven crores Fifty lakhs only).
