India Infoline Equity Warrants lapse

India Infoline Ltd has announced that 1,10,00,000 Equity Warrants issued on Preferential basis to 7 identified persons including the Promoters and others on July 04, 2007 have lapsed on January 03, 2009 due to non-exercise of warrants.

The stock was trading at Rs.64.70, down by Rs.3.25 or 4.78%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.71.40 and low of Rs.63.50.

The total traded quantity was 1278257 compared to 2 week average of 1450752.
