Karuturi Global allots 71350000 Shares upon conversion of warrants

Karuturi Global Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company has inter alia transacted the following business through resolution passed by circulation.

After having received the balance 90% of the consideration amount, allotted 7,13,50,000 equity shares to the following investors who has exercised their option of conversion of warrants issued at Rs 16.50/warrant.

Surya Rao K was allotted 27,00,000 shares, Max Worth Investments Ltd was allotted 2,90,00,000 shares, SRY Crust was allotted 96,50,000 shares, Rays Global Corporation was allotted 3,00,00,000 shares.

The stock was trading at Rs.18.05, up by Rs.0.05 or 0.28%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.18.30 and low of Rs.17.75.

The total traded quantity was 321188 compared to 2 week average of 2144935.
