Sujana Metal Products allots 60 Lakhs shares

Sujana Metal Products Ltd has announced that 60 lakhs equity shares of Rs 5/- each had been allotted by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on December 29, 2008 against conversion of 60 lakhs warrants of the Company which were issued on January 28, 2008 at the premium of Rs 31/- per warrant.

The stock closed the day at Rs.6.94, down by Rs.0.35 or 4.80%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.7.67 and low of Rs.6.85.

The total traded quantity was 102797 compared to 2 week average of 52838.
