Mindteck India Board Meeting on Jan 19, 2009 to allot shares

Mindteck India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 19, 2009, inter alia, to consider the allotment of shares to the allottee as mentioned in the EGM notice, subject to the receipt of In-principle Approval of the Stock Exchange.
