ETC Networks to approve issue of NCDs

ETC Networks Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 26, 2008, inter alia, to consider and approve issuance of Secured Non-Convertible Debentures to Banks / Financial Institutions on a private placement basis.
