Sunteck Realty allots 2001109 shares

Sunteck Realty Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 24, 2008, has approved the allotment of 20,01,109 Equity Shares, pursuant to the of Scheme of Amalgamation of Amrut Consutancy Pvt. Ltd. with the Company approved by the Hon'ble High Court of Bombay vide order dated December 12, 2008.

The Board approved conversion of 11,90,000 Optionally Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares into 11,90,000 Equity Shares.
