Jubilant Organosys to explore buyback of FCCBs

Jubilant Organosys Ltd has announced that Pursuant to the RBI circular dated December 08, 2008 on buy back of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs), the Board of Directors of the Company have resolved to explore / effect opportunities for buying back of FCCBs issued by the Company and outstanding as on date, subject to applicable laws and necessary regulatory approvals / filings and subject to availability of funds.

The stock closed the day at Rs.115.65, down by Rs.1.30 or 1.11%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.123.80 and low Rs.114.15.

The total trading quantity was 46273 compared to 2 week average of 147850.
