Rasoi allots 1,32,000 shares at Rs.400

Rasoi Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 07, 2006 has duly approved the allotment of 1,32,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 390/- each to M/s J L Morison (India) Ltd (1,00,OOO Shares) and to M/s Hindustan Composites Ltd (32,000 Shares).
