Uniflex Cables EGM approves allotment of shares / warrants / FCD to promoters

Uniflex Cables Ltd has announced that the members at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on November 03, 2006 have unanimously passed all the resolutions set out in the notice, to issue and allot equity shares / equity warrants and FCD to promoters group and prospective investors on preferential allotment basis.
