Amtek Auto approves issue of NCDs worth Rs 500 Crores

Amtek Auto Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 25, 2008, inter alia, has considered and approved the issue of Secured Non-convertible Debentures of Rs 500 Crores.

The stock was trading at Rs.49.10, down by Rs.3.35 or 6.39%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.50.90 and low of Rs.47.

The total traded quantity was 2118 compared to 2 week average of 504110.
