Shanthi Gears redeems US$ 5.3 Million FCCBs

Shanthi Gears Ltd has announced that the FCCB Bondholders have exercised their redemption option and the Company have redeemed entire FCCB Outstanding of US $ 5.3 Millions on November 21, 2008. There is no FCCB outstanding after this redemption.

The stock was trading at Rs.32.90, down by Rs.0.10 or 0.30%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.34.80 and low of Rs.32.

The total traded quantity was 1060 compared to 2 week average of 5043.
