Nagarjuna Agri Tech Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 22, 2008, inter alia to allot 20,00,000 equity shares and 20,00,000 convertible warrants to 'Subhkam Ventures (I) Pvt. Ltd' on preferential basis.
