Organic Coatings Board Meeting on Nov 12, 2008 to consider allotment of 7 Lakh sahres and 10 Lakh warrants

Organic Coatings Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 12, 2008, inter alia, to consider issue and allotment of 7,00,000 Equity Shares of the face value of Rs 10/- each at a price of Rs 14/- per share for cash and 10,00,000 Share Warrants of the face value of Rs 14/- each with a option to subscribe Equity Shares at a price of Rs 14/- per equity share for cash on preferential basis, as approved by the Shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on November 10, 2008.
