Karma Ispat allots 1400000 shares

Karma Ispat Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 10, 2008 has allotted detached fully paid No. of 1400000/- equity shares of Rs 10/- each to persons who have opted for conversion of warrants.
