Pantaloon Retail allots 15929152 shares

Pantaloon Retail India Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on November 10, 2008, have made allotment of 1,59,29,152 Equity shares (Class B shares Series 1) of Rs 2/- each to existing members of the Company as bonus shares in the ratio of 1 (one) Class B share (Series 1) for every 10 (ten) equity shares held in the Company.
