Aditya Birla Nuvo issues Secured Redeemable NCDs of Rs 125 Crores - 23rd Series

Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd has announced that the Company on November 07, 2008, has allotted 1250 Secured Redeemable Non Convertible Debentures (NCDs), having a face value of Rs 10,00,000/- each, aggregating to Rs 125 Crores on a Private Placement basis to the respective allottees.

The stock closed the day at Rs.652, up by Rs.49.70 or 8.25%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.657 and low of Rs.605.

The total traded quantity was 889288 compared to 2 week average of 42809.
