Western India Shipyard allots 3720500 equity shares

Western India Shipyard Ltd has announced that the Company has allotted 37,20,500 Equity Shares to the 'Administrator of the Specified Undertaking of the Unit Trust of India' of Rs 2/- each at a premium of Rs 10.39 paise per share.

The same was approved by circular resolution passed by the majority of the Directors on the Board on November 06, 2008.

The stock was trading at Rs.6.49, up by Rs.0.08 or 1.25%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.6.55 and low of Rs.6.30.

The total traded quantity was 32306 compared to 2 week average of 88544.
