Amines & Plasticizers approves allotment of 20 Lakhs shares

Amines & Plasticizers Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 31, 2008, inter alia, has considered and approved the allotment of 20 Lakhs equity shares of Rs 10/- each at par to the following Promoters on conversion of their contribution in the Rehabilitation Scheme as per the directions of Hon'ble AAIFR vide its Order dated January 24, 2008.

No. of Securities allotted: 17,50,000
Rs 10/- per Share
Amt: Rs 1,75,00,000/-

2. Name of the Proposed Allottee: Multiwyn Investments & Holding Pvt. Ltd
No. of Securities allotted: 2,50,000
Rs 10/- per Share
Amt: Rs 25,00,000/-

The enhanced Paid up capital of the Company after this Conversion is Rs 5,50,20,000/- Divided into 55,02,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each.
