H S India arm allots shares

H S India Ltd has announced that M/s. Kesar Motels Pvt Ltd, a Subsidiary of the Company has allotted its equity shares to other applicants including further allotment of 9075 equity shares to the Company. Because of such allotment, holding of the Company has been reduced below 50% and it has not remained subsidiary of the Company
