APW President Board Meeting on Nov 08, 2008 to consider raising funds

APW President Systems Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 08, 2008, inter alia, to consider and evaluate option of raising funds for expansion of Bangalore Plant through Rights Issue.

The Stock closed the day at Rs.63, down by Rs.3.15 or 4.76%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.68 and low of Rs.62.

The total traded quantity was 2304 compared to 2 week average of 1576.
