TIL to transfer warrants

TIL Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 27, 2008, inter alia, has approved transfer of 269172 Nos. of Convertible Preferential Equity Warrants of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 316/- each from Mr. A Mazumdar, Indian promoter to M/s. Coles Cranes Group Ltd., U.K., foreign promoter.
