Encore Software cancels warrants

Encore Software Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 24, 2008, inter alia, 50,38,500 Warrants of Rs 10/- each allotted at a premium of Rs 37/- per share were cancelled.
