Everest Kanto Cylinder resets FCCB conversion price to Rs 271.32

The Board of Directors of Everest Kanto Cylinder Limited at its meeting held on October 23, 2008 noted the Re-set in the Conversion Price of the Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds issued by the Company from Rs.303.36 to Rs.271.32.

The Stock closed the day at Rs.156.60, down by Rs.21.45 or 12.05%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.188 and low of Rs.154.

The total traded quantity was 44363 at an average price of Rs.167.50 resulting in a turnover of Rs.74.31 Lakhs.
