K Sera Sera Productions to allot 865000 warrants to Yes Bank

K Sera Sera Productions Limited has announced that as per the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on October 13, 2008, the Board had constituted a "Committee" to allot the Fully Convertible Warrants (FCW's) on preferential basis. In this connection, the Committee duly constituted has successfully allotted, 8,65,000 Fully Convertible Warrants (FCW's) of Rs. 100.00 each to "Yes Bank Limited" on preferential Basis in the meeting held on October 18, 2008, under the authority of the Resolution passed at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on September 29, 2008.

The Stock was trading at Rs.15.80, down by Rs.1.75 or 9.97%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.17.50 and low of Rs.15.80.

The total traded quantity was 15050 at an average price of Rs.16.68 resulting in a turnover of Rs.2.51 Lakhs.
